ROUTE insurance offers coverage for late or damaged shipments. Even though issues are dramatically decreasing, we still urge our customers to purchase the ROUTE insurance; however, if you chose not to, simply click off the ROUTE insurance at checkout to uninsure your shipment – it’s that easy. Although cost is very minimal, we understand and respect your decision to uninsure your shipment. Please note that if you chose to not insure your order, Northfork is not responsible for stolen, lost or late packages. Local pickup does not require route shipping insurance.
