Wild Boar Ground Makes An Incredible Tasting Burger the Whole Family Will Enjoy.
Whether You Make it In a Fry Pan or On the Barbecue, They are Sure to Become a Favorite.
We all love a good burger. A burger is a popular sandwich that’s delicious, easy to prepare and tastes great. Wild boar burgers are perfect for the grill at your next BBQ or party. Northfork wild boar ground meat has no added hormones, steroids or antibiotics. It’s naturally good for you. Compared to pork, Wild Boar is lower in calories, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and higher in protein – higher in protein than pork, beef, lamb and chicken. Wild boar tastes like a cross between pork and beef, with a unique juicy succulence. The meat is a bit darker, perhaps due to the healthy iron content and Northfork wild boar meat does not taste gamey at all.
