Meat Hand: Use your favorite meatloaf recipe, shape into arm & hand. Use onion for nails and center of onion at base of arm for bone. Cover in ketchup. Bake at 350 F oven for 1 hr. Add sliced cheese over arm and hand and another layer of ketchup. Broil to caramelize cheese. Let cool a few min. Serve over mashed potatoes on a tray. Yum!
