Wild Boar Shoulder Roast 4 lbs. all natural, with no added hormones, no antibiotics, additive free. From natural foraging animals. Wild Boar is low in sodium and is a good source of thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, zinc, selenium and protein. It is also lower in saturated fat than beef. Roasts can be cooked at 275-300 F (135-150 C). We ship our wild boar meat vacuum packed and frozen in a box with ice packs. Do not cook or thaw in a microwave because this will toughen the meat.
