All of our wild boar products come from free-range animals feeding on natural forage. All natural with no additives of any kind. High in protein and lower in fat than its cousin pork, but tender and delicious. Each order of back ribs totals approximately 3 pounds of pure awesomeness. As this is a wild product, packages vary in size. Ribs are in different sizes. Some are bigger than others therefore amount per package may vary. Ribs come with membrane attached. Ribs are frozen at time of processing. Our wild boar spare ribs are vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in a box with ice packs.

I don’t know all the words I would use to describe this culinary experience. Superb. Outstanding. Awesome. This indeed was an culinary experience well worth the extra expense. Man, these ribs were good!!! Even my partner tried them after initially declaring that she never would “touch any exotic game!” Although refrained in her praise afterwards, nonetheless, she did finish off an entire rack of ribs. So I she loved these babies and is looking forward to trying the bison ribs!!!
I used a simple cooking method. Preheat roaster oven or reg. oven at 275°. Mix 4 cups of hot water with 2 tablespoons of beef or pork bouillon powder or cube. Pour into roaster oven pan, just enough that it doesn’t cover the wire rack. Sprinkle both sides of ribs with Club brand Pork spices and place inside on wire rack. Cover and cook for 2 – 2 1/2 hours or until you see meat separating from the bones. I then brushed on my favorite sauce; bbq or honey/garlic and cooked for another 15 minutes. Delicious!!!
