Bison Smoked meat Montreal Style is known internationally as the best smoked meat. Now you can get traditional smoked meat with a twist. We used bison brisket instead of beef. This tasty and unique smoked meat is ready to serve. Our smoked meat is cooked slowly in its own juices for 7 hours. It’s lean, tender, juicy and DELICIOUS! Makes a great sandwich. Just pile it on fresh slices of rye bread, old fashioned mustard and a pickle and cole slaw on the side.

- Defrost Meat In Plastic Packaging For 24 Hours In The Refrigerator.
- Punch 3 Holes In The Plastic Packaging And Microwave For 5 Minutes. If Not Hot Enough, Microwave For Another 1 To 2 Minutes.
- Remove Plastic, (Do Not Remove Excess Juice)
- Slice And Enjoy.
